Dancing in the streets

----------
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

Just a few hours earlier, we finished our worship practice at VLI, Fort. Don, Cher, Rose, James, JR, Carmina and I had our usual after practice dinner. As James commented, "this night is a different night.... from all the other nights." That made me look back and appreciate that night. James made several facial expressions, ala Jim Carrey (mad, dumb etc...) while Don records the video in his phone and the rest of us amazingly laughs at the background.
After the exchange of jokes and "fellowship" we went out of the fast food and for some reason me and Cher just started singing "let's dance, let's dance..." and I go'" geez, I would love to dance the swing to that tune". Sure enough, as usual, Cher and I started dancing the swing at the sidewalk there in Global City (good thing only the stars are there to witness us). Then Don and Rose followed and danced swing as well. What followed is the interpretation waltz dance of Carmina and James. After bowing at each other (ala gentleman and a lady in an 18th century ball), they danced like crazy disco, out of tempo, out of synch, yah know. It was so hilarious! I see the team not only being glued together but loosening up, celebrating each other. And i so recognize that this group is a gift from God and therefore I will enjoy and appreciate every moment and chance i have because i don't want to miss this season in my life.

“Everything you need is already in your life, awaiting recognition of it. Anything recognized becomes uncelebrated, unappreciated becomes unrewarded. Anything unrewarded gradually exits your life. It could be a gift, a person, a miracle, success or purpose.”
