Look at them Now!

Ain't really the type who make friends because of position. I treasure friendships and just love to shower them with affirmations with what they can be specially with Christ in them. Amazingly when I reviewed my friendships- most of them were agents then. Unknown, simple, haggard because of graveyard shifts. Yet I found gold in them. Most of them are now promoted after a year or so and the most wanted in our account. Some where doubtful in the beginning but I have an eye in recognizing greatness. In time, these people emerged to be the cream of the crop. Kat - is now an ADMIN. We were hang out buddies back when she was still an agent. Til now she has remained a friend. Chuck - he never became my direct report but we became friends back when he was an agent. Now, he is one of the most valued service nesting supes because f his tier3 expertise. Matter of fact, too much that I need to rest because I have been working 16 hrs daily including sundays for more than a month. The management is just too happy to give me one week leave. But then I am praying for a p romotion-anywhere, anyplace God will open doors for me. So far, during my vacation, I am realizing a lot of things: 1. We need rest so we can be more productive. 2. We need to enjoy our work because it is a gift from God. 3. All things changes and we live in every season. 4. To enjoy life, work and the fruit of our labor is actually a gift from God. 5. Since I am happy with my work, I am enjoying my team and I am enjoying my fruits, then I am blessed. - we may have other longings for the future but to be able to enjoy what you have now is...
